WHO ARE WE? The
Old Students' Association exists to help former students
keep in contact. Its main activities are this website
and a biennial Reunion. The British School, founded in 1931 and formerly called The English School of The Hague, has seen many students pass through its doors
who are now scattered throughout the globe.

Ganapathy van Samkar has drawn attention to the Wikipedia reference to the Tapijtweg school building. Click here. Looks like it's now been turned into flats.
REUNIONS
Mark Shimmin organised a 1979 reunion in Richmond in May 2009. About 20 former BSNers turned up. The weather was good, the location perfect and the atmosphere relaxed and happy. People came from the US, The Netherlands, France, Germany and Timperley. Although she couldn’t be there Jane White phoned from Australia.
See a selection of pictures here.
The 2006 Biennial Reunion due to be held on Sat 26 Oct 2006 in London was
cancelled due to lack of support.
The 2004 biennial reunion was held in London on 30 October 2004. See some pictures here and who attended here.
YEARGROUP PICTURE GALLERY
At popular request, and thanks to much work by Keith, we have reinstated the Yeargroup Picture Gallery here
SCHOOL ARCHIVES The
school has dropped the archives section from its website. We do
not know why. So, with kind permission of Mike Weston, the archivist,
they appear
here. Archive 1

WHY SPONSORSHIP? We
have been grateful to the school for giving us a interest-free loan
to cover the period between us having to pay for the biennial reunion and
the money coming in from attendees. A few years ago the school decided
that it could no longer do this. We are grateful to Kingswood Accounting
(who have always funded the cost of this website) for stepping in
at short notice to help out financially.
